Poor S'te. Shows what happens when you rent a perfectly good, nicely kept condo out!! No wonder people don't like to rent anymore. Not to mention the rest of the damage, dirt, months worth of unpaid rent, eviction and lockout costs, among the rest of the headache and stress. A security deposit won't even begin to cover how much this particular renter cost us!!
